My name is Rhianna Lovegrove, and I'm an AHPRA registered Psychologist based on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.

I have a unique story of perseverance and determination, but also one of struggle, pain, and loneliness. My daily fight with chronic illness has taught me that vulnerability is courage, that asking for help is a sign of strength and strategy (not weakness), and that we are often capable of so much more than we think.

Most of what I do is centered around educating, empowering, and equipping young people (and their families) with the skills, tools, knowledge, confidence, and hope needed to find and confidently advocate for the best version of themselves. I want to help people find their voice and exercise it, even in the face of adversity.

My experience on both sides of the metaphorical “health and medical system fence' has instilled in me the belief that everyone should have access to adequate and thorough mental and physical healthcare. In part, this means having access to someone who cares…someone who listens…someone who understands, or at least tries. I am dedicated to being that person.

I invite you to learn more about my story, my work, availability, and how I can help you!
